Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (180g) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup (250g) creamy natural peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup (120ml) pure maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup (90g) semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and the peanut butter. Stir until the mixture resembles coarse, sandy crumbles.
  2. Pour the maple syrup over the mixture and fold using a pressing motion until the oats begin to hydrate. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes. This allows the oats to soften and the fats to firm up for easier rolling.
  4. Portion the mixture using a tablespoon and roll between your palms into 1-inch spheres. Store in an airtight container.
