Ingredients:
- 2 lb sweet potatoes

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice each potato in half lengthwise and cut each half into 6-8 even wedges.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the sweet potato wedges into the seasoning mixture, stirring until every wedge is evenly coated in a thin layer of oil and spices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and place the wedges in the basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously every 5 minutes, until the wedges reach a mahogany color and the centers are soft.
