Ingredients:

  • 2 lb sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice each potato in half lengthwise and cut each half into 6-8 even wedges.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the sweet potato wedges into the seasoning mixture, stirring until every wedge is evenly coated in a thin layer of oil and spices.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and place the wedges in the basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously every 5 minutes, until the wedges reach a mahogany color and the centers are soft.
