Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (225g) cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (30g) almond flour
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup (40g) mini chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch (1g) sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender or food processor. Process on high for 60–90 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety with no visible curds.
  2. Pour the blended base into a mixing bowl. Fold in the almond flour and protein powder using a spatula, stirring until the mixture thickens into a heavy, dough-like consistency.
  3. Gently stir in the mini chocolate chips and sea salt until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
