- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Grade A Maple Syrup or Honey

Instructions:
- Place the softened 8 oz cream cheese into a medium mixing bowl.
- Beat the cream cheese on medium speed using a hand mixer until it looks smooth and shimmering.
- Add the 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey slowly while the mixer is running.
- Incorporate the 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- Fold in the 1/2 cup Greek yogurt using a spatula. Stop as soon as no streaks remain to keep the air trapped inside.
- Grate the 1/2 tsp lemon zest directly into the bowl.
- Whisk by hand for 30 seconds until the surface looks like a soft, white cloud.
- Transfer to a chilled serving glass or ceramic bowl.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes until the dip feels firm yet supple.
