Ingredients:
- 1 bag (approx. 703g) frozen pizza rolls
- 2 grams non-aerosol olive oil spray
- 15 grams unsalted butter, melted
- 1 gram garlic powder
- 0.5 grams dried oregano
- 2 grams grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the frozen pizza rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each roll for 360-degree airflow to prevent soggy spots.
- Mist the rolls lightly with non-aerosol olive oil spray to accelerate the Maillard reaction and create a brittle, mahogany-colored crust.
- Set the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and cook for 4 minutes.
- Remove the basket and shake vigorously to flip the rolls.
- Cook for another 3 minutes until the shells are golden and feel firm to the touch.
- While the rolls cook, whisk together the melted unsalted butter, garlic powder, and dried oregano in a small bowl.
- Remove the rolls from the air fryer and immediately toss with the garlic-herb butter and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
- Let them rest for 2 minutes until the filling settles and doesn't burn your mouth.
