Instructions:
- In a medium bowl or glass mason jars, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Stir the mixture vigorously for about 1 minute to ensure seeds are fully submerged and not sticking to the bottom.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps and ensure a creamy texture.
- Cover the container tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best custard-like consistency.
- Before serving, give the pudding a final stir. Adjust thickness with an extra splash of milk if desired.
