Ingredients:
- 3 oz chilled sparkling wine (Champagne, Cava, or Prosecco)
- 3 oz freshly squeezed orange juice, pulp-free
- 1 thin orange slice for garnish
- 1 fresh raspberry for garnish
Instructions:
- Place champagne flutes and sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to ensure they are thoroughly chilled.
- Squeeze fresh oranges and pass the juice through a fine-mesh strainer to remove all pulp; chill the juice.
- Hold a champagne flute at a 45-degree angle and fill it halfway (3 oz) with the chilled sparkling wine.
- Slowly top the glass with 3 oz of chilled orange juice, allowing the pour to naturally mix the ingredients.
- Avoid stirring the drink to preserve maximum carbonation.
- Garnish the rim with an orange slice and a fresh raspberry, then serve immediately.
