Ingredients:

  • 3 oz chilled sparkling wine (Champagne, Cava, or Prosecco)
  • 3 oz freshly squeezed orange juice, pulp-free
  • 1 thin orange slice for garnish
  • 1 fresh raspberry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place champagne flutes and sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to ensure they are thoroughly chilled.
  2. Squeeze fresh oranges and pass the juice through a fine-mesh strainer to remove all pulp; chill the juice.
  3. Hold a champagne flute at a 45-degree angle and fill it halfway (3 oz) with the chilled sparkling wine.
  4. Slowly top the glass with 3 oz of chilled orange juice, allowing the pour to naturally mix the ingredients.
  5. Avoid stirring the drink to preserve maximum carbonation.
  6. Garnish the rim with an orange slice and a fresh raspberry, then serve immediately.
