Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed or sliced
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the sweet potatoes into uniform sizes (cubes, wedges, or fries) to ensure even cooking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil until every surface is glistening.
  3. Add the fine sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously or flipping the potatoes with tongs every 5 minutes until the exterior is mahogany-colored and the center is fork-tender.
