Instructions:
- Cut the sweet potatoes into uniform sizes (cubes, wedges, or fries) to ensure even cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil until every surface is glistening.
- Add the fine sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously or flipping the potatoes with tongs every 5 minutes until the exterior is mahogany-colored and the center is fork-tender.
