Ingredients:

  • 2 large (6-8 oz) Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika Blend
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken aggressively dry to promote crispness. Pound the breasts between plastic wrap until they are about 3/4 to 1 inch thick throughout to ensure uniform cooking. Toss the breasts with olive oil, then rub generously with the combined seasoning blend (salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder).
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap to allow air to circulate completely.
  3. Cook the chicken breasts at 400°F for 8 minutes. Flip them carefully. Continue cooking for another 6 to 10 minutes (maximum cook time is 18 minutes). Begin checking the internal temperature at the 14-minute mark.
  4. When the thermometer reads 160–162°F (71–72°C), immediately remove the chicken. Transfer to a cutting board and tent it loosely with foil for 5 minutes. The carryover heat will safely bring the temperature up to 165°F (74°C) for maximum juiciness.
