Ingredients:
- 2 large (6-8 oz) Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika Blend
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken aggressively dry to promote crispness. Pound the breasts between plastic wrap until they are about 3/4 to 1 inch thick throughout to ensure uniform cooking. Toss the breasts with olive oil, then rub generously with the combined seasoning blend (salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder).
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap to allow air to circulate completely.
- Cook the chicken breasts at 400°F for 8 minutes. Flip them carefully. Continue cooking for another 6 to 10 minutes (maximum cook time is 18 minutes). Begin checking the internal temperature at the 14-minute mark.
- When the thermometer reads 160–162°F (71–72°C), immediately remove the chicken. Transfer to a cutting board and tent it loosely with foil for 5 minutes. The carryover heat will safely bring the temperature up to 165°F (74°C) for maximum juiciness.
