Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white cranberry-strawberry juice
  • 0.5 cup sweetened coconut milk
  • 0.25 cup passion herbal tea
  • 0.5 cup ice
  • 0.25 cup freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Pour the chilled white cranberry-strawberry juice and the optional cooled passion herbal tea into a cocktail shaker or large mason jar.
  2. Add the sweetened coconut milk, a handful of ice, and half of the freeze-dried strawberries to the juice base.
  3. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the liquid is opaque, pastel pink, and shows a slight froth on the surface.
  4. Fill a tall 16 oz glass with fresh ice and pour the shaken mixture over it, allowing the foam to settle on top. Garnish with the remaining strawberries.
